Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to building accessible websites and keeping Miida accessible for everyone with a professional vision

Miida is committed to making the websites we build for our clients, and the Miida platform itself, usable by as many people as possible. We believe an accessible web is not an add-on; it is part of doing the work well.

What we aim for

  • We design and build client websites to work across devices, screen sizes, and assistive technologies, following widely recognized accessibility standards as a baseline.
  • We structure pages with semantic markup and keyboard-navigable controls so they can be used without a mouse.
  • We pay attention to color contrast and readable typography so content stays legible for people with low vision or colorblindness.

Accessibility is ongoing

No site is ever perfectly finished when it comes to accessibility. We treat it as an ongoing practice: we review the sites we build, listen to feedback, and improve them over time. If a client's site or the Miida platform itself falls short, we want to know so we can fix it.

Report an accessibility barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on a Miida client website or on the Miida platform itself, please let us know. Describe what happened, where it happened, and the device or assistive technology you were using if you can.

You can reach us through our contact form or, if you are a Miida client, through the support chat inside your workspace. We take accessibility reports seriously and will work to address them.
