Your Privacy Rights

Common data rights recognized across U.S. state privacy laws, in plain language

Many U.S. states give you rights over your personal information. The specifics vary by state, but the rights below are the ones most commonly available. You can exercise any of them at any time, and you can ask us about your data whether or not you are a Miida client.

Right to access

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.

Right to correct

You can ask us to fix any of your personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete.

Right to delete

You can ask us to delete your personal information, subject to a few legal exceptions.

Right to opt out of sale or sharing

You can tell us not to sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising. Miida does not sell your personal information, but you have this right regardless.

Right to data portability

You can ask for a copy of your personal information in a portable, machine-readable format so you can take it somewhere else.
